Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control
We work closely with our affiliated businesses such as Countrywide Food Service Distributors (Countrywide) and Frucor Suntory Australia Pty Ltd (Frucor).
Countrywide operates a customer rewards program. Our customers can elect to join the rewards program and in return, they earn rewards points for every dollar they spend on nominated products they purchase from Rum City Foods. The information we provide to Countrywide is details of the customer’s purchases.
Frucor Suntory Australia Pty Ltd (Frucor). Customers who purchase Frucor products from Rum City Foods are eligible for rebates. The information we provide to Frucor is details of the customer’s purchases.
Protection of Rum City Foods and Others:
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Rum City Foods, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information for fraud protection and credit risk reduction with other companies and organisations.
